With their extensive experience, knowledge, and backgrounds in clinical, management, healthcare information technology, medical reimbursement, healthcare financial operations, and medical devices, they continue to lead and advance the company forward as a powerful beacon for the industry.
Sheena Moore, President
Sheena Moore joined Censis in July 2024 from her previous role as Vice President and General Manager of Landauer, another Fortive operating company. She has over 19 years of leadership in sales, marketing, product and general management. Sheena excels in delivering growth through a customer focused approach and adept application of the Fortive Business System. Prior to joining Fortive, Sheena spent several years at Danaher and Idex Corporation.
Sheena holds an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.
David Durch, Chief Financial Officer
David is a CPA with 15 years of experience in all aspects of strategic finance including technical accounting, financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate operations. Prior to joining Censis in July of 2023 he held the role of VP of Finance and Accounting of Provation, another Fortive operating company. Before that David held various leadership positions with a publicly traded SaaS technology company and commenced his career as a practicing CPA serving clients in the SaaS and med device industries.
David holds bachelor’s degrees of accounting and finance from the University of Minnesota and holds an active CPA license since 2009.
Lon Nelson, Chief Commercial Officer
Lon Nelson joined Censis in June of 2024 from his previous role as Vice President, Global Service at Leica Microsystems, a Danaher company. Lon has over 20 years of commercial leadership experience in sales, marketing and customer support. From an end market perspective, Lon has experience in healthcare, research and industrial with solutions spanning both capital equipment and recurring business models.
Lon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Knox College, where his research focus was in plant proteomics.
Harshil Goradia, Chief Technology Officer
Harshil Goradia joined Censis in March of 2024 from his previous role as a Senior Director, Data Science and Engineering at The FORT, which is the AI and Innovation Center of Excellence at Fortive. Harshil has a remarkable background in driving innovation and leveraging technology to fuel business growth. Prior to Fortive, Harshil spent several years at Arrow Electronics and consulting companies such as Oracle and Infosys in various roles of increasing responsibility.
Harshil holds a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College, Mumbai and a Masters in Business Administration from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai.
Lauren Reese, Vice President of Human Resources
Lauren Reese joined Censis in May 2022 from her previous role as Director, HR Americas at Advanced Sterilization Products, another Fortive operating company. Lauren has been part of Fortive for over 3 years and previously worked at Anheuser-Busch in various roles of increasing responsibility. Lauren has demonstrated a proven track record of driving transformation and delivering results through a passionate commitment to culture and developing talent. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
Yizhou Chen, Vice President, Product & Marketing
Yizhou joined Censis in January of 2022 from Fortive where she led post acquisition integration. Before being the integration lead, Yizhou was the General Manager for Comark and Irisys, responsible for developing team and driving success for all of the companies’ worldwide operations. Prior to that, Yizhou had increased responsibilities within Fortive including driving product innovation in business units, delivering commercial excellence in global marketing and mining growth opportunities through M&A and strategy work. Yizhou also spent 5 years with Sony, most recently as Commercial Lead where she oversaw sales and marketing functions for growing its PC accessary business in China.
Yizhou earned an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration from Shanghai Jiaotong University.
Pronitha Shankarananda, Vice President of Professional Services
Pronitha Shankarananda joined Censis as VP of Professional Services in June 2024. She has been with Danaher (Fortive) since 2015 and has held various roles in Product Management, Strategy, Product Marketing, M&A, and Business Unit Management. She was the core team member who started and scaled IIoT and software business at her previous stints in Fluke and Industrial Scientific. Prior to Fortive, she led sales team for professional lighting product line at Philips India. Pronitha brings a wealth of commercial experience and a proven track record of delivering significant growth for businesses, enhancing customer experience, driving innovation and building exceptional teams.
Pronitha holds Bachelor’s in Engineering degree from the National Institute of Technology, Karnataka; MBA from University of Delhi and a Master of Science in Management Studies from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
