Rajeev Bhardwaj, VP and General Manager
Rajeev Bhardwaj is Vice President and General Manager of Connected Workflow Solutions, a business unit within the Infection Prevention Group (IPG) that brings together Censis, Hinno, Pegasys, and the ASP digital teams. In this role, he leads an integrated organization dedicated to advancing innovation in critical infection prevention workflows – driving faster product decisions, global expansion, and more seamlessly connected digital solutions for customers.
Rajeev brings over 20 years of leadership to this role, most recently as Chief Digital Officer at ASP and Vice President of Technology at Edwards Lifesciences before that. Known for his customer obsession and building highly engaged teams, he is well positioned to lead the next chapter of growth for Connected Workflow Solutions.
Rajeev holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi Technological University and an MBA from California State University, Dominguez Hills.
Jill Daugherty, Chief Financial Officer
Jill Daugherty joins Censis as the CFO effective April 2025. Previously Jill was the VP of Global FP&A at Advanced Sterilization Products, another Fortive operating company. She has 15+ years of experience in finance with a strong emphasis on strategy, finance systems and reporting automation, M&A and integration. Jill started her career as a manufacturing engineer where she first learned kaizen and lean principles that she has continued to apply throughout her career. Jill’s prior experience was in the telecommunications and aerospace industries.
Jill holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
Christopher Reget, Chief Commercial Officer
Chris brings over 18 years of leadership experience across sales, field service, strategic accounts, and commercial operations. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Global Service at Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP), where he led the global service team through a cultural shift and returned the organization to revenue growth across international markets.
Chris is passionate about building high-performing teams, creating customer value, and leading through change. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Illinois State University and lives in the Chicago area with his family.
Lauren Reese, Vice President of Human Resources
Lauren Reese joined Censis in May 2022 from her previous role as Director, HR Americas at Advanced Sterilization Products, another Fortive operating company. Lauren has been part of Fortive for over 3 years and previously worked at Anheuser-Busch in various roles of increasing responsibility. Lauren has demonstrated a proven track record of driving transformation and delivering results through a passionate commitment to culture and developing talent. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
Pronitha Shankarananda, Vice President of Professional Services
Pronitha Shankarananda joined Censis as VP of Professional Services in June 2024. She has been with Danaher (Fortive) since 2015 and has held various roles in Product Management, Strategy, Product Marketing, M&A, and Business Unit Management. She was the core team member who started and scaled IIoT and software business at her previous stints in Fluke and Industrial Scientific. Prior to Fortive, she led sales team for professional lighting product line at Philips India. Pronitha brings a wealth of commercial experience and a proven track record of delivering significant growth for businesses, enhancing customer experience, driving innovation and building exceptional teams.
Pronitha holds Bachelor’s in Engineering degree from the National Institute of Technology, Karnataka; MBA from University of Delhi and a Master of Science in Management Studies from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
