Lee Fallin, Senior Technical Support Specialist, shared his experience working across multiple roles at Censis. “I’ve moved between roles at Censis, from implementation to technical support, and what’s always struck me is the purpose behind our work. Whether I’m helping set up new systems or resolving a technical challenge, I know it’s ultimately helping patients. That’s incredibly rewarding.”

Reflecting on Censis’s early days, Johnson recounted the company’s humble beginnings. “When I started, we had one paying customer, and we were still hosting our server from someone’s basement. Now, we have hundreds of servers and a team of experts across various roles,” he shared. For Melissa Higgins, Director of Customer Advancement, CensisAI² could have been a game-changer during her years in the sterile processing department. “If I had CensisAI² back then, it would have provided me with the data to make informed decisions about staffing and resource needs,” she reflected.
